42 days waiting for a sensor

Stromer‘s answers to my attempts to get support from them, because of the broken TMM sensor:

1) to my dealer: none

2) via phone: this is the flagship store, we are here to sell bikes. Talk to your dealer. If he cannot support we also can‘t. 

3) email: we are sorry. 

Got a TMM sensor, imported by me from The Netherlands, in two days, to get the bike on the road again. 

The one ordered from Stromer arrived 42 days later.

Lesson: Google is the best support for Stromer. The brand lacks a competent after-sales service or customer relationship. A big disaster, in what after-sales relates..
